The hotel provides modern and cozy room designs, with fine mountain views that were amazing. The breakfast buffet was massive, with fresh options that were great fuel for our days exploring the area. The staff was friendly.

My room faced the noisy main road. Service was shockingly poor. The reception staff couldn't even give me the right bus stop info after two tries! I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but nope, just more disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Spent 4 nights in a spacious room that was kept impeccably clean. The location offered fine mountain views and was conveniently close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge/bar area was a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The room was spacious and enjoyed fine mountain views. The breakfast was extensive, with freshly baked croissants, pancakes, and a selection of fresh fruit with great energy for my work commitments. The check-in process was efficient, and there was ample space to accommodate my equipment comfortably.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Our Comfort Triple Room provided ample space for our luggage, a real bonus. The fine mountain views from half the hotel created a beautiful backdrop for our stay, great to enjoy the scenery every morning.

My room faced the busy street, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

Had a blast with friends exploring the nearby ski resorts. The location was spot on for hitting the slopes, and the breakfast was massive, perfect for fueling our adventures. We spent our days enjoying the amazing views and chilling in the cozy lobby area, a great spot to relax.

One downside was the air conditioning. It wasn't very effective during a particularly warm night, a bit uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for hitting the slopes, and we enjoyed amazing mountain views every morning. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh fruit and pancakes. Our room had plenty of space for our gear.

My wife says that having a kettle for tea or coffee would be great.

Couldn't recommend more for short stay

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, with the added bonus of a tv, made our downtime enjoyable and a great location that allowed us to easily explore local attractions.
